Welcome to the Debt Elimination Worksheet! As you likely know, one of the primary ways to reach your financial wellness goals is to get rid of your debt. Living without monthly payments is a game changer for your financial health.

The best way to begin your debt-free journey is to identify all of your current debt. It’s impossible to eliminate what you are not aware of. Identifying all of your debt will enable us to create a debt elimination strategy.

As you prepare for our coaching journey, please complete the worksheet below. List your debts from lowest to highest balance. It’s important that you complete it at least two business days before our upcoming coaching appointment.
